Vista Ridge Estate Top Paddock Cottage 2 was built in 2010 to provide guests with comfortable and attractive accommodation that allowes full advantage to be taken of the secluded location and terrific 360°views, Ideal for up to three couples to stay in complete comfort. The cottages are located just 5 Km from the centre of Harvey and 3.5Km off the South West Highway
- The cottages have a spacious lounge, TV/Video/DVD, CD player with CD’s, books, free internet access and excellent mobile phone coverage.
- The dining room table seats six comfortably.
- The full size kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, 5 plate gas burner, microwave, refrigerator, all utensils, pots, pans, microwave dishes, aluminium foil, glad wrap etc. Teas, coffee, fresh milk, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil are also provided so that all you need to bring with you is your food. But if you forget something, Harvey supermarkets are open until late, seven days a week.
- Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, bedside tables with radio alarm clock and lamp, a robe, and a suitcase stand.
- The bathroom has a SPA bath, separate shower and spacious hand-basin area. A separate lavatory is located through a small laundry, which has a washing machine.
- Outdoors there are gas BBQS with an outdoor setting. All BBQ utensils are provided. There is also an outdoor setting under the trees and overlooking the vineyard.
- The cottage has a refridgerated air conditioner for cooling and woodfire for heating.
From the one cottage looking west you can see Harvey town below and the ocean in the distance. On a clear day Bunbury is visible. Our Deluxe cottage has magnificent views of the Harvey dam while to the east and south are peaceful hill and valley views.
This cottage is an adult retreat only .Because of the farm livestock (dry milkers and Damara sheep) we are unable to cater for pets. The inside of the cottages are smoke free zones.
Basic Tariffs
All prices include linen (sheets + towels) and one complementary bottle of wine per couple.
Per Night (minimum 2 nights , long weekends minimum 3 nights)

- Extra adult - $25 ea per night
Per week:

- Extra adult - $150
(Monday - Thursday nights receive a 10% discount)

Please note: After an enquiry, should a booking be requested a deposit of $100 is requested. While we attempt to be as flexible as possible, should a cancellation be made within 3 weeks of the booked date we reserve the right to retain the deposit. However, should we get an equivalent substitute booking, we then return the deposit in full.The 10% discount applies only to bookings made direct to vista ridge estate.
